FAQs

Looking to learn more about Pillar2Wellness? If you have a question that isn’t answered here, please give us a call and we’ll be happy to help!

Is there anything I need to bring with me?

In addition to a positive attitude, we ask that you please bring your own mat, dumbbells, and boxing gloves! If you don’t have your own dumbbells, we can lend you some.

Is there a commitment required?

No. We do not lock you into any sort of commitment and you will not be fined for discontinuing your classes or sessions. However, we do require a 30-day notice to cancel. This means you will see one additional charge during your cancellation process.

What if I need to cancel a personal training session?

Our personal training sessions require at least a 12-hour cancellation notice.

Do you offer virtual sessions?

Yes! We have Wellness Camp sessions four days per week both in-person and online. Boxing classes, personal training and nutritional sessions are all offered virtually as well. The only service we have that isn’t offered remotely is massage.

What should I wear?

Bring your workout attire! Make sure you don’t wear anything that will restrain movement.

What are your nutrition plans like?

All our nutrition plans are completely custom to you. Everyone is unique, so we feel your nutrition plan should be too. No matter your goals, we make sure you’re getting the right number of calories, carbohydrates, and hydration.

Do I need to have any previous boxing experience before trying the boxing classes?

No. Everyone is welcome to our boxing classes – from beginners to the experienced. We’ll make sure to properly tailor the session to your current skill level so you can learn while getting a great workout.

Does hypnosis actually work?

Many people have found that hypnosis is able to give them much more focus and determination to reach their goals.

Are massages from Pillar2Wellness different from other massages?

We provide structural massages which target one location of your body. They are also slower and use little to no lotion.

What is HIIT?

HIIT is an abbreviation for high-intensity interval training. This method of exercise is made up of short bursts of intensity and calmer recovery periods.
